Headlight upgrade.

I thought I posted my upgraded headlight harness. Guess I haven't yet.
Anyway, because I didn't see any noticeable improvement in light output, I wanted to add this link about switching to JK headlights.

That's an awesome idea! ive been debating what to do with my headlights but I can't justify breaking the bank when my jeep needs so many other things. this would be a nice upgrade and i can put whatever bulbs in it i want. Thanks for the info!

Here's a picture of my headlight relays, one for low beam, one for high. Plus an extra spot for a third one, fog/offroad. I used an H4 male plug plugged into the driver side headlight plug to power the relays. Easy to put it back to stock if need be.

i would have never thought to do this. Stock LJ lights certainly do suck!

I did finally install some JK headlights. Had to get some H4 to H13 adapters. I feel like they are a little brighter, but more importantly, I now have a better selection of bulbs for upgrading.
I didn't put H13 plugs on my new harness because I'll probably swap to an H4 housing upgrade someday.
