    Homelink install

I went to the pick-n-pull and chose the Lincoln Navigator homelink module. It was mounted in the visor so it was small and self-contained. There were a lot more tan ones than black, but I guess you could paint it. I wired it to the keyed power at the mirror. Of course after I mounted it up by the visor, I was thinking I should have put it somewhere more out of the weather.

One issue I had was the extra thickness of the plastic which kept the buttons from working properly. I had a second set of buttons and was able to slice off pieces of the rubber posts and glue on little extensions.
